Q. How long will it take make my items?
A. Our items are all handmade and do take time to create. Our average time from order to ship is 14 business days although many orders ship much faster. We do work some on the weekends but also like to enjoy family time. Please allow 14 business days for us to make your items.

Q. Once shipped when will I receive my items and how much are your shipping fees?
A1. Our shipping is free for USA orders! Please allow 3-5 days for travel time is once your order ships. 
A2. For orders shipping elsewhere in the world our standard shipping fee is $25. If when your order ships it costs less than the $25 your will receive a refund for the overage. Occasionally very large orders may require additional shipping charges. If this is the case I will contact you before beginning your order. Delivery time outside of the USA varies. Please allow ample time and be aware it may take 30 days or more from the time your order ships until you receive it. Due to customs we cannot guarantee a delivery date outside of the USA. A cancellation will not be accepted if your items take longer than you would like to arrive. Once the order leaves our hands we cannot control postal times. Also note buyers are responsible for any customs and Import Taxes that may apply. We cannot pay those for you. 

Q. Do you accept cancellations?
A. We like to start orders as quickly as possible therefor we do not allow cancellations due to the fact that we have likely already begun working on your order.

Q. Do you accept returns/exchanges?
A. Due to the custom nature of our items we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective because of an error on our part. Please do contact me if you have any issues so we can work together to resolve them in a way that will make both of us happy.
